Particio Abinales
Dr. Patricio Abinales is Associate Professor at Center
for Southeast Asian Studies, at Kyoto University. His publications
include: Images of State Power: Essays on Philippine Politics from
the Margins (Quezon City: University of the Philippines Press, 1998);
Making Mindanao: Cotabato and Davao in the Formation of the Philippine
State, 1900-1972 (Quezon City: Ateneo de Manila University Press, 2000); Fellow
Traveller: Essays on Filipino Communism (Quezon City: University
of the Philippines Press, 2001). He is co-authoring a textbook on State
and Social forces in the Philippines with Dr. Donna Amoroso.
